Terms and conditions
Please make sure items bought to me are in a clean condition. And, where possible, washed before hand.
A £10 deposit is required on every single item that is bought to me. This can be paid either with cash or via bank transfer. Please take note that this must be received, in order for me to start the work. So if paying by transfer after drop off, make sure this is done in good time. Details for the bank transfer can be obtained upon request.
When items, such as fabric, need to be bought by me, for a job, payment for this will be requested before I can order it. This is to stop customers from pulling out of jobs.
When wanting items such as Bridal wear and special occasion dresses need to be altered for specific dates, please make sure that you inform me of when they are needed back by, and please make sure that you book your first fitting appointment with me well in advance. (At least 1 month, as a guide). I will get the garment(s) altered for you as promptly as possible, to alleviate any stress (and to leave time for any further alterations that may be needed).
Please make sure that if there are any problems with the alterations, that you inform me within 7 days of receiving the garment(s) back. I can then try and resolve any issues with you, as quickly as possible. If you leave it any longer/too close to the deadline, I will not be held responsible for any stress, etc. your end! And will also not be able to refund you at all, if I can not fit in any more alterations on the garment(s).
